iQor's Code of Professional Conduct provides the professional and ethical guidelines that we expect all of our employees to follow. The Code goes beyond the legal minimums by describing the ethical values we share as iQor employees. It is a guide to help iQor employees live up to our high ethical standards, and their own.
We believe an informed consumer can help us resolve their issue faster and more conveniently. Our Consumer Rights Web page provides links to resources to better help consumers understand their rights under applicable laws.
In case a consumer would like help resolving an issue, we have created an online Consumer Inquiries form and a toll free Consumer Advocacy Hotline so that consumers and debtors may reach us directly to seek help resolving any issues they may have.
