
Norman MerrittPresidentHaving joined iQor in 2003 as the CFO, Norm has been integral to the business’ success through the implementation of new processes and technology, the streamlining of operations, and his ability to create a foundation of financial stability to support expansion. Under his guidance, iQor has experienced strong profit growth every year. Norm held several senior positions with prominent company’s prior to iQor, such as President of the Consumer Direct Division of the largest privately held mortgage bank in the U.S., President and Founder of an internet games of skill company, and Vice President of Product Development and Travel Industry Marketing for the Walt Disney Company. Norm is a Cum Laude graduate of Brigham Young University and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Joseph Perillo, CPAChief Financial OfficerHaving joined iQor in 2005 as the Chief Accounting Officer, Joe has been instrumental in transforming the Company’s finance function to support the business’ expansion and strategic initiatives. He successfully implemented iQor’s own finance and accounting software resulting in enhanced controls over accounting and procurement processes, while also reorganizing the finance team across functional lines for cohesive operation. These changes resulted in significant reductions in finance and audit-related costs. Prior to joining iQor, he served as the primary accounting officer for a number of companies in the financial services sector, including Corporate Controller for GreenPoint Financial Corp., and held a number of senior financial management positions with the National Westminster Bank Group.
Joel DehlinChief Technology OfficerJoel joined iQor in 2011 with 30 years of experience in software development, data centers, networking, security, hardware, satellite, and multimedia. In his current role, he is responsible for the creation, deployment and support of the company’s innovative and extensive technology solutions. Joel was previously with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he served as Chief Information Officer, and also brings with him extensive experience from leadership roles at Microsoft, Arthur Andersen and Novell. While at Microsoft, Joel held a variety of positions in mobility, microsoft.com and games. Joel is the author of Object Programming for Visual Basic and has been issued 18 patents.
Gary PraznikChief Operating Officer; ConsumerGary joined iQor in 2000 as an industry veteran with over 20 years experience in the customer contact, outsourcing business. During his time with iQor, he has held various executive roles in operations and new business development all with a demonstrated track record of superior leadership, operational excellence and significant revenue growth. His overall track record has made a significant contribution in positioning the company as one of the largest BPO solution providers and has led to his current role as COO of all the company’s global 1st and 3rd Party Consumer Operations and new business development. Prior to joining iQor, Gary held several positions with OSI, including Senior Vice President/General Manager of their Teleservices Division and Senior Vice President of Sales/Marketing. Gary began his career in 1984 with Payco American Corporation.
Michael BaldwinChief Operating Officer; CommercialMike joins iQor with over 25 years of the business-to business outsourcing and information services industry expertise. In his current role, he leads the company’s commercial division as they continue to expand their global position as a leader in the BPO and ARM industries. Mike began his career with 18 years at Dun & Bradstreet, serving in multiple leadership positions. This included President of Market Data Retrieval and Senior Vice President of Sales for D&B Information Services, where he was responsible for National Sales, Regional Sales and Telesales channels. In 2002 Mike joined RMS, a former division of D&B, where he assumed responsibility for U.S. Sales, Business Development, Operations and as President and CEO prior to RMS’ acquisition by iQor.
Scott F. SonkinConsumer SalesScott came to iQor early in 2006 as the Senior Vice President of Sales, concentrating on the Financial Services sector, where he doubled the top-line revenue over the ensuing three years. By 2009, he was also overseeing iQor’s sales efforts in the U.K., coaching them to a spike in revenues of 60% in two years. His sales successes have led to his current role and responsibilities for the organization’s Sales and Client Services. Scott began his career in Credit and Collections with GC Services in Houston, TX. He was a founding member and EVP of AllianceOne, Inc. followed by a position as EVP of Sales and Marketing for ZENTA Group, Ltd.
Mason ArgiropoulosChief Talent OfficerMason joined iQor in 2005 as a Vice President of Sales where he achieved significant growth and expansion for the business with key Financial Services clients. His exceptional analytical and people skills led him to the Talent Team where he implemented the company’s performance review process, performance-based agent and executive bonus plans, and was instrumental in the design of iQor’s innovative global benefits program. In his current role, Mason leads a worldwide Talent Team in overseeing iQor’s compensation, benefits, payroll, recruiting and training functions. Before iQor, Mason held several progressive roles in risk operations and supply chain management at Capital One Financial.
David Pester, Esq.General CounselSince January 2010, David has led the iQor Legal Department advising on complex commercial transactions, debt financings and M&A. His guidance was critical in Huntsman Gay achieving a majority equity interest position with iQor, as well as the company’s acquisition of RMS. He provides legal counsel on the implementation of the company’s technology and manages the protection of intellectual property rights, including patent and trademark filings. David serves as Corporate Secretary for the iQor Board, and the Audit and Compensation committees. David began his career at Paul, Weiss, specializing in M&A, securities law, corporate finance, corporate governance and compliance leading to his role as VP Corporate Counsel and Head of M&A Legal Group for AT&T. Prior to joining iQor, David was the General Counsel for an innovative online advertising technology company.
Gregory E. Harmer, Esq.Chief Compliance OfficerPrior to joining iQor in January of 2005, Greg held the position of EVP, General Counsel and Secretary of Fairbanks Capital Corp. Prior to 2002 he was engaged in private practice as a partner in a large New England-based law firm where he focused on corporate and transactional matters. In addition to his private practice background, Greg has extensive experience in regulatory matters, both on a federal and state level, as well as corporate governance issues.
