Customers can attend iQor’s training facility in Plano, Texas, which provides the best environment for learning. Our customer service organization has fully operational labs that can be configured to resemble most customers’ network configurations. Hands-on lab work is included to give the students practical experience using the equipment in the CTAC lab. Customers are also exposed to additional capabilities and technologies that could be added to their network.
They can also request training classes be held at their own location of choice. Classes held at a customer’s site might have limited access to test beds or equipment for hands-on training. For training at the customer’s location, the customer will have to cover the travel and expenses of the iQor trainer.
