iQor is actively tracking COVID-19 (coronavirus) and its unprecedented impact on the areas where we work and live. As the world prepares for an increase in the number of people affected by COVID-19 and more business restrictions, our Executive Committee and COVID-19 Pandemic Response Team are meeting twice a day for hours at a time to discuss how to best protect your health and safely serve our clients.
We ask for your patience and support as we work to enable all to work in a safe environment that will keep our local economies strong. We are doing our upmost to communicate as fast as possible and our teams on the ground need your continued support, now more than ever.
We’d like to acknowledge the many people around the globe who are on the frontlines of COVID-19 working tirelessly to help of all of us. Our thoughts and support go out to those stricken by the virus and the professionals guiding and healing the world.
This virus is a crisis that modern society has never experienced before, but it is a common crisis, strengthening our ties to one another around the globe. We are highly determined to see this through and end up on the other side stronger than ever—together. We are in great gratitude to all our employees around the globe that have continued to support our organization through this critical time.
At this time, a number of locations will remain open, but will operate under increased government guided protocol that include social distancing and disinfection protocols. For sites dealing with lock downs, we are in the process of implementing a global transition to working at home (WAH) subject to government laws, client approval and team members meeting specific WAH requirements.
In preparation for this, all agents received a WAH survey earlier in the week that identified your capability to work at home based on iQor’s and our client’s requirements. Thank you to everyone that responded to this survey!
For those that qualified to work at home, your workstations have been or will be configured to take home soon. We are happy to report we have several thousand WAH agents either taking calls or in the final stages of setup. A remarkable achievement in just a few short days!
For those that did not complete the WAH survey, we strongly encourage you to please contact your manager right away to determine if you meet the requirements to work at home so that we may continue efforts to determine eligibility as soon as possible.
Please take care of your family and those most vulnerable in our society. We encourage you check our official social media accounts and previously communicated iQor COVID-19 country websites for updates. Information is changing rapidly, please check them often.
