iQor Clark Philippines Named 2017 Employer of the Year

Global BPO provider crowned Top Employer of the Year for its commitment to local employees and continuous growth in the region

Clark, Philippines – JANUARY 18, 2018 – iQor, a global managed services provider embedded in the flow between product, people, and services has been awarded Top Employer of the Year in the recent Clark Freeport Appreciation Night on December 15, 2017 at the ASEAN Convention Center in Angeles, Pampanga.

Hosted by the Clark Development Corporation (CDC), the event recognizes the contribution of organizations who harness continuous growth, development, and nation-building through employment opportunities within the Clark Freeport Zone. The CDC manages the Clark Freeport Zone with a mission to enable locators to generate productive economic activity including, employment, export and investment.

iQor Philippines, in partnership with CDC, has paved the way for hundreds of local job seekers to obtain suitable employment through its BPO Readiness Program. This, together with other Talent Acquisition initiatives, has significantly contributed to iQor’s growth to over 8,600 employees in its Clark site alone. Across the Philippines, iQor is home to over 22,000 local employees providing high-quality, integrated customer support services for popular brands worldwide.
