ST. PETERSBURG, FL – MAY 31, 2018 – iQor, a global managed services provider embedded in the flow between product, people and services, announced today its launch of its newly rebuilt leadership training program, dubbed Leaders Inspiring Leaders (LIL).
Launching over the course of 2018, Leaders Inspiring Leaders, is a self and competency-based leadership development training program for the company’s managers, directors, and VPs. The program joins the company’s award-winning iQor University, which includes the successful PeaQ Performance Training, sQholar program, trainer certificate program, and LEAN training portal.
“We are very excited to launch this new training program for our leaders,” says Hartmut Liebel, president & CEO of iQor. “Learning doesn’t and shouldn’t stop once you reach a top management position. We had an open discussion with our leaders throughout the company and there was a clear desire and necessity to provide them with needed training and continued growth opportunities.”
iQor, however, did not aspire to create another run-of-the-mill training program, as the Leaders Inspiring Leaders program proves. According to Mason Argiropoulos, executive vice president and chief HR officer for iQor, “We wanted to create a complete program focused on morphing managers into real trailblazing, inspiring leaders using as many engaging techniques as we could. Instead of long, mindless videos, PowerPoints, or binders full of policies and workflows, Leaders Inspiring Leaders teaches by mixing virtual learning with role play, lunch and learns, mentorships, and interactive workshops.”
