Who We Are Looking For:  

Hiring over 200 positions for specialized customer care roles that focus on customer support and retention. Previous experience in sales? Great! Our client will trust you to service accounts and use your sales and personable communication skills to retain their valued customers.  

Additionally, iQor is seeking qualified professionals in management, training, quality assurance, and workforce management and administrative support.

Qualifications Needed:     

- Sales experience (at least a year is preferred) 

- Previous call center experience a plus 

- Personable, social (good communication skills)
