Company Receives Top Rankings in Four Categories for Training, Leadership, and Knowledge Sharing

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – iQor, a global provider of customer interaction and product support services, today announced that its leadership and training programs won in four prestigious Training and Leadership categories from and Leadership Excellence and Development (LEAD) for the fourth year in a row. 

iQor landed top rankings in four categories: 

•    Top 3 – Best Train the Trainer Program for iQor’s Introduction To Technology Program 
•    Top 15 – Best Use of Social Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing for iQor’s LEAN Portal 
•    Top 10 – Best Global/International Leadership Program for iQor’s iQorian Values 
•    Top 10 – First Time Manager Program for iQor’s SQholar Program 

These awards add to the growing list of accolades iQor has received from, now equaling out to ten in the last four years. In 2016, iQor won first place in Best Customer Service Leadership Training Platform, second place in Top Corporate Leader Award – Over 35, and landed in LEAD2016’s Winners’ Circle for Best Corporate University and Best First Managers Program. iQor also won a LEAD award in 2014 for their Leadership aQademy and in 2015 for their Train-The-Trainer program. 

For more than 34 years, Leadership Excellence and Development has identified and recognized the top organizations’ programs that develop their leaders and demonstrate outstanding achievements. The award categories in the areas of individual, corporate, and education programs.  

Award recipients are selected based on both an application or nomination process as well as voting. The voting was completed by users of the leadership program and was promoted by the nominees as well as through social media campaigns.
