PETERSBURG, FL — SEPTEMBER 19, 2019 — iQor, a managed services provider of customer engagement and technology-enabled BPO solutions announced today that Senior Vice President of Operations and General Manager of North American Logistics and Product Services, Connie Long, was named one of Memphis Business Journal’s Super Women of 2019.
The Eighth Annual Super Women in Business Awards will honor 25 women across different industries who are actively engaged in community reinvestment and who have achieved success through leadership in business. A special Super Women in Business awards luncheon will be held Thursday, Sept. 26, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Holiday Inn University of Memphis.

Long is responsible for iQor’s North American logistics and product services footprint where the company combines expert technicians with AI-powered technology and innovation to repair devices, extend the lifecycle of products in the field and harvest as much material as possible. She oversees teams in engineering, supply chain, project management, finance, production and innovation. Her organization stretches across four locations of roughly 5,000 employees located across Memphis, TN, McAllen, TX, Chihuahua, Mexico and Reynosa, Mexico.

Long is a member of the Greater Memphis IT Council, the Memphis & Shelby County Law Enforcement Foundation, Rotary Club of Memphis, and Arlington Chamber of Commerce. Her Memphis center is actively engaged in the community through the company’s #iQorQares program where employees volunteer their time, money, and talents to organizations that support hunger, health, and education.
