Martin “Marty” Lehtio is Chief Operating Officer of iQor CXBPO™, an award-winning global provider of intelligent customer experience solutions. With over 30 years of experience in the BPO industry, he leads customer engagement and drives operational excellence and strategic growth across the organization. 

Before joining iQor, Lehtio held senior leadership roles at Interactive Response Technologies (IRT) and Precision Response Corporation, where he oversaw global operations, client services, and business development. His expertise in process optimization, customer engagement, and P&L management has been instrumental in delivering exceptional service and strengthening client relationships.
