Holmen leads teams that manage customer interactions across the entire customer lifecycle, leveraging every channel to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences.

Holmen began her career in the CX BPO industry as a frontline agent and has grown at iQor over more than two decades, joining the company as a supervisor. This foundation shaped her deep commitment to both clients and frontline teams, and she remains a passionate advocate for continuously elevating their experience.
