Natalie Beckerman serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer of iQor CXBPO™, a global leader in full-lifecycle customer experience business process outsourcing. She partners directly with President and CEO Chris Crowley to drive enterprise-wide priorities, accelerate cross-functional growth, and ensure seamless coordination across strategy, operations, and culture. 

Beckerman brings more than 20 years of experience building and transforming customer support organizations at scale across the USA, UK, and EMEA. She excels at creating high-performance teams, boosting revenue, and revitalizing operations through collaborative leadership, a strong sense of humor, and relentless energy. 

Prior to joining iQor, Beckerman was Global Head of Customer Support Operations at IHG Hotels & Resorts. Earlier roles include Senior Vice President of Global Contact Center Operations at Leaf Home; Vice President of Operational Strategy at Rocket Mortgage, where she led customer experience transformation and strategy execution; and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Fidelity National Home Warranty. She has also held senior operational leadership positions in the home services and telecommunications sectors. 

A recognized industry leader, Beckerman was recently inducted into the CCWomen Hall of Fame and named among the CX Network Top 30 Contact Center Leaders. She serves on the CCW Advisory Board and the CMP Research Advisory Board, driving thought leadership in customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
