WHO WE ARE Ben Roberts serves as Executive Vice President of Strategic Accounts at iQor. Following the acquisition of OfficePartners360 (OP360) in January 2026, Roberts leads global enterprise account strategy and execution, partnering with clients to scale complex programs, optimize service delivery, and drive long-term value creation.
With more than 15 years of senior leadership experience, Roberts has built and led high-growth, technology-enabled businesses across customer experience outsourcing and healthcare education. Prior to joining iQor, he served as President and COO of OP360, where he held full P&L responsibility and led the company through a period of rapid global expansion. Under his leadership, OP360 scaled from approximately 500 to nearly 4,000 employees across delivery centers in the Philippines, India, and Colombia, while strengthening operational discipline and expanding enterprise client programs.
Earlier in his career, Roberts spent a decade at Conversion Partners, a boutique investment and advisory firm focused on growth platforms in healthcare education. As part of the senior leadership team, he helped acquire, integrate, and scale a portfolio of healthcare training organizations spanning allied health and continuing medical education (CME).
Roberts brings a differentiated blend of general management, operations, strategy, analytics, compliance, and customer experience leadership, and is known for a data-driven, agile approach to leading complex initiatives in competitive global markets.
