At iQor Colombia’s grand opening event on March 14, 2023, the managed services provider of customer engagement and technology-enabled business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions celebrated by donating $10 million COL pesos to FAIN Fundación. The NGO specializes in transforming the living conditions and human development of vulnerable children and adolescents in Colombia.

We value the Need to Give Back and look forward to expanding our partnerships throughout the Medellín community,” said iQor Colombia Senior Operations Director Fabian Garcia.
This is the first of many ongoing investments iQor is committed to making in the local community. Through community service activities, partnerships with local organizations, and quality employment opportunities, iQor is determined to make a positive impact in every community in which we live and work.
“We appreciate the support that iQor Colombia is giving to FAIN and iQor’s commitment to social causes that allow vulnerable populations to have access to better living conditions. The donation will help provide psychosocial support to approximately 100 children and adolescents, their families, and teachers so they can grow and be happy. A portion of the donation will also aid in the construction of our headquarters,” said Fundación Antioquia Infantil (FAIN) Co-Founder and Financial Director Laura Cristina Gallón Muñoz.
