Prior to joining iQor, he served as EVP and Chief Commercial Officer at Alorica, where he drove significant growth through a fully integrated sales and marketing strategy and played a pivotal role in strategic acquisitions that positioned the company as a global powerhouse.

Earlier in his career, Crowley held leadership positions at APAC Customer Services and Sutherland Global Services, where he cultivated dynamic teams and steered the organizations through high-growth phases.
