Colleen Beers serves as Chief Growth Officer at iQor, where she leads the company’s global sales and growth strategy, with a focus on new logo acquisition; enterprise expansion; and scalable, data-driven revenue growth. As a member of iQor’s Executive Leadership Team, Beers partners closely across the organization to align sales execution with client outcomes and long-term value creation.

With more than 30 years of experience in CX and BPO environments, Beers is a proven growth and go-to-market leader known for building disciplined, high-performing sales organizations while preserving strong culture and client trust. Most recently, she served as Chief Commercial Officer at TPG, Inc., where she helped scale a high-growth, AI-driven CX and analytics business by transforming founder-led sales into an enterprise-ready commercial engine.

Prior to that, Beers held several senior leadership roles at Alorica, including Chief Administrative Officer and President of North America and Europe, as well as earlier roles leading global operations and strategic accounts. Across her career, she has led complex sales and operations teams, supported large-scale transformations, expanded key client portfolios, and worked closely with executive leadership to drive sustainable, profitable growth.
