Frequently Asked Questions
Who is JumpCrew?
JumpCrew is the foundation of iQor’s Growth as a Service (GaaS) offering. Acquired by iQor CXBPO in 2025, JumpCrew brought proven expertise in outsourced B2B sales and marketing. Today, iQor GaaS combines that heritage with iQor’s global scale and offerings to deliver high-performance growth solutions.
iQor GaaS builds and deploys fully operational sales and marketing teams within weeks, powered by precision targeting, content creation, RevOps automation, and data-driven execution. The result: accelerated revenue, faster go-to-market, and measurable growth.
Are your sales teams and leadership based in the U.S.?
Yes. All of our salespeople, leadership, marketing, and support teams are based in the U.S., mostly in Nashville, Tennessee, where the majority of our GaaS teams work in-office.
When can we expect to see results?
The timeline and type of results vary depending on several factors, including your ideal customer profile, total addressable market, product or service complexity, competitive landscape, market saturation, historical sales data, and existing operational readiness.
We set conservative expectations for a 90-day ramp timeline from go-live, which means we consider sales teams fully ramped after that period.
During those 90 days and beyond, we constantly reassess what’s working, what isn’t, and how best to pivot to produce optimal results.
After 12 months of working with us, our clients typically see an average 7-to-1 return on investment, reflected as either net-new pipeline or closed-won new business.
Do you offer commission-only or pay-for-performance engagement models?
No. We encourage you to use discretion when vetting organizations that promise results on a commission-only basis, which often leads to misaligned motivations.
What’s included in an engagement with iQor CXBPO?
We develop bespoke engagement models for each client based on their use case and market opportunity. The following are included in most engagements:
• Dedicated sales team (BDR, SDR, AE)
• Sales manager
• Sales director
• Sales vice president
• Senior vice president of sales
• Benefits, insurance, payroll, and taxes
• Commissions
• Operations manager
• Learning and development manager
• Hardware and software
• Prospect and target account data lists
• Omnichannel outbound and inbound campaign development
How does billing work?
After finalizing a partnership agreement with us, the first invoice is sent along with a payment link and/or ACH instructions and billed on the first of every month. We also offer quarterly and annual payment options with discount incentives.
How does iQor CXBPO ensure data security and confidentiality?
We adhere to all industry-standard security and privacy guidelines to either work within our clients’ systems and tools or to securely share data between systems. iQor maintains certifications in SOC 1 Type II, SOC 2 Type II, PCI-DSS v4.0, ISO 27001:2022, and HITRUST along with HIPPA compliance as well as other data protections.
What is the typical onboarding process and timeline?
After signing an engagement agreement, we initiate a proven 30-day onboarding process that includes proprietary modules on talent and team, CRM and operations, sales talk track and objections, training and sales collateral, KPI and quota buildout, and collecting media assets.
Can you provide case studies or references from similar companies?
Yes. We have a library of examples and use cases that makes it easy to find similar companies we’ve worked with or currently do. Case Studies
What level of involvement is required from our internal team?
On average, you can expect about 5 to 10 hours of scheduled calls during the onboarding process. After onboarding, we ask for no less than one hour each week for progress reporting, along with as-needed communication by email, phone, or instant messaging.
