Celebrating Service Champions Around the Globe

St Petersburg, FL – iQor, a global provider of customer interactions and product support services, announced today that it has joined customer-focused companies across the globe to celebrate Customer Service Week 2016.

Customer Service Week (CSW) is an international event devoted to recognizing the importance of customer service and to honoring the people who serve and support customers each day.  Since 2013, iQor employees around the world have celebrated CSW and this year, from October 3-7, we are asking all iQorians to join the fun and celebrate!  Whether you interact with customers and clients on the phone, or support the repair of their devices in a plant, CSW is an opportunity to recognize the great service provided by over 40,000 iQor employees worldwide.

iQor employees around the world are celebrating Customer Service Week with daily events coordinated around this year’s theme, “Service Champions.” Daily activities include Team Contests, Community Events and Health & Wellness Events.
