iQor Annual Charity Golf Tournament Raises $200,000 for Second Year in a Row

iQor Qares Continues its Commitment to Local Charities

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.-iQor, the only global managed services provider embedded in the flow between product, people and services announced that it has raised just over $200,000 at the company’s annual Charity Golf Tournament, which was held November 1-2, 2017 in St. Petersburg, Florida at the Vinoy Renaissance Resort and Golf Club.

Charity recipients include the American Red Cross, American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and Junior Achievement of Tampa. The event included 114 registered golfers, over 60 sponsors and donors combined, and a dozen of local iQor volunteers to help coordinate the event.

“This year’s event is a testament to the community of giving that iQor experiences across all of our locations,” said Hartmut Liebel, CEO of iQor. “The generosity, support, and participation of all our sponsors, golfers, volunteers, donors, and those that gave individually allows our #iQorQares program to accomplish what it was created to do, which is to create a positive impact within our communities, big and small.”

The Charity Golf Tournament is part of the company’s #iQorQares program, which was established as a consolidated effort for employees to give their time, money, and talents to organizations that support hunger, health, and education issues in local communities. iQor’s 2016 Inaugural Charity Golf Tournament unified 44 sponsors, 108 golfers, and raised more than $200,000 for charities and the Tampa Bay community.
