iQor, a managed services provider of customer engagement and technology-enabled business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, today announced its membership in the Philippine Financial & Inter-Industry Pride (PFIP), a country-level nonprofit community comprised of dedicated representatives from LGBTQ+ employee resource groups and human resource and diversity teams of private firms. 

Founded in October 2013, PFIP is the first organization in the Philippines to focus on DEI initiatives specific to the LGBTQ+ community. PFIP’s mission is to set industry-leading standards for the LGBTQ+ community, provide learning and development opportunities for queer professionals, and drive relevant cause-oriented initiatives. By joining PFIP, iQor aims to contribute to this mission and benefit from the organization’s resources and programs for its LGBTQ+ talent.
