When did you start working for iQor and what type of work do you do?

“I have been working for iQor since December 2012. I work in a call center providing collections and customer support for banking customers. Over the years, I’ve worked on many different projects to support our team.”

What do you love most about helping customers?

 “I love being able to help each and every one of my customers in a way that is special to them. Being able to relate to them and help them through good and bad times makes me feel good when I’ve completed a call. Everyone has ups and downs. Helping them overcome obstacles and hearing the smile and relief in my customer’s voice – that makes ME smile and love my job.”

What do you want prospective employees to know about iQor?

“I would want past, present, and future employees to know that, at iQor, we are and will always be family. I have had the pleasure to meet and work with some amazing people. I have built great friendships and connections throughout my years working for iQor and I wouldn’t change it for anything.”

Bonus fun fact

“I started working for iQor because I moved back to Charleston to be with my family. My mom was working there and said ‘Amber you have to come work with me! You would love it – even if it is just for a little while.’ Little did I know my mom, my sister, and I would all work together for years. And mom was right – I loved it. We all built a family that included my actual family as well as my co-workers and it was great. What was supposed to be something temporary turned out to be just what I wanted.”
